Hello,
We've gotten a message from a customer, which ebay says is coming from Tel Aviv, saying that they can't order a book because we don't ship to Miami.
We've previously had customers send us similar messages for orders that they want shipped overseas, and our solution has been to invoice them for the international shipping, which seems to fix the problem.
But I've never had a customer say we don't ship domestically. I've looked at our shipping policy and can't see why this would happen. I'm also concerned if there are orders that we could be making but there is something in our policy suggesting that we are not shipping to a place. Is there a way to change our setting so that customers are not told that we are not shipping to them, but that we adjust shipping to cost for international orders?
Thanks.

@rulonmillerbooks It sounds like you are experiencing one of the 10 current technical issues affecting the site. https://community.ebay.com/t5/Share-eBay-Technical-Issues/10-ongoing-technical-issues/td-p/32728013
I recommend you report it so your account is added to the ticket. Share this information:
Buyer gets error "This seller does not ship to your location" when in a location the seller ships to
Reference ID: ALERT12750
Provide Seller ID:
Provide Buyer ID:
Provide Item number:
Chat or social media will be the easiest ways to share this information:
1. You can select the option to have eBay call you or chat from the left hand side of the screen on this linked page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4822&st=10
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media.
If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back
2. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
