Creating an invoice

I was contacted by a buyer interested in multiple listing in my store. Is it possible to create an invoice to send to them with the items they want with combined shipping,  then they pay the invoice?

They first need to use the Buy It Now on the listings, then go to their shopping cart and click on "request total from seller" so you can send them an invoice.
