We listed an item in bid format, with a minimum bid price. We left the Best Offer and Buy It Now sections blank. We have not received a single bid, and are into the second round of bidding. We just received an offer higher than the minimum bid, and attempted to accept it, but received an error message, not allowing the sale transaction, but without explanation. Since we have no bids, are we allowed to alter the Best Offer / Buy It Now sections to be able to accept this offer. If so, what are the steps to do it. Please note, we have only been active sellers for about 3 months, and would need keystroke instructions. Thank you.
