Correcting and Reprinting a new shipping label

Printed an eBay shipping label in error with wrong package weight and dimensions. Need to correct and reprint a new shipping label.

You cannot correct it. You must cancel the label and then create a new label.

1. Go to Manage shipping labels.
2. Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
3. Choose your reason for canceling the label.
4. Select Send request.

Then go to your sold orders and start over with purchase a label.
