Confederate Flag Listing

Why is seller Hawk eye allowed to list item  Rare Midge Toy NOS 1988 Dixie Charger #550 showing the confederate flag when Ebay pulled my listing of civil war soldiers carrying the stars and bars?

Ebay needs to pull this listing or allow my listing which is historical figures.

@hlavendale  yes, all seller's listings have the 'report item' button on them, it is an automatic default once the listing goes live.
