Combined Shipping problem

On my other account I sold 3 items to the same buyer.  The items are big, so they are boxed separately.  After auction ended, buyer immediately paid for all 3 items at once.  I went to print the 3 shipping labels, and the system has combined all 3 items and will not allow me to separate them.  Is there anything I can do in the future to keep this from happening again.  It's going to cost me more money than the buyer paid to ship a really huge box.  I've been away from ebay for a few years and never had this problem before.

Are you sure there isn't an option to "uncombine"?  I seem to recall that option used to be available.
