I placed a request to close my account back in June, I have deleted all listings, paid my subscription fees several times regardless of the request to close the account and still the account has not been closed. All of the data should have already been deleted from this account due to the requests to close the account. I looked on my bank account this morning and a fee was once again taken out of my account that I plan on disputing since you have still disregarded my request to close this account.
I want this account closed immediately. I do not wish to sell any longer on your platform, and do not want my account charged again.

Your store subscription is still active. Go to this page - https://www.ebay.com/sub/manage - and use the cancel option. Be sure to print the confirmation page. As long as the blue door shows on your feedback page, your store is still active.
If this is what you did before and you have the confirmation that your subscription was cancelled, you need to ask customer service for assistance. On that same page, click the ? in the lower right corner, then request a call from an agent using the contact us option at the bottom of the help page.

If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.
