Sorry that isn't something within your control. To meet the limit, you had to email them at least 10 times in a 24 hour period. That is a lot of emails. Likely far too many. It really should not take that many emails to make a deal ON EBAY. You will have to wait 24 hours before you can email them again.
Why so much back and forth? It is not a usual thing? Be careful as they may be trying to take advantage of you because you are a new seller. If you want to give details here, we would be happy to try and advise you.
