What kind of "report" are you trying to retract? Do you mean Feedback? If it is feedback, contact your seller and let them know you are willing to revise the feedback you left. The seller can send you a Feedback Revision Form. You will then get an email from Ebay with a link it is so you can easily revise the feedback.
