First you need to revise your country exclusions list to not block Canada>

Be sure to select the option to apply to all active listings at the bottom of the screen.
Then you have to revise your listing and offer international shipping to Canada. Since it sounds like you plan on directly shipping to the buyer I strongly recommend you stick to just Canada so you don't run into customs issues.
To revise an active listing on the app go the selling>active tab and select your item> revise listing> click the pencil next to shipping and add an international shipping method that is appropriate for the package size and weight.
Under 4lbs and $400 you can ship USPS 1st international to Canada. Over that weight or price you have to ship via Priority.
