We have recently moved ro a handicap friendly house that we purchased. 

Sorry I missed a couple of payments . I know its not fair to the seller but it wasnt intentional.  So hopefully you can let me back in to purchasing again.

Sellers can block buyers with 2 or more unpaid transactions.  That block will be for 12 months, but not all sellers have this block in place.  You might be able to get one strike removed if you contact customer service.
