How do I move items in my store ? The FAQ says to go to the sellers page and active listings, then Edit, and there's supposed to be a store categories option under the drop -down menu. That option isn't there. Where can I find it? Or is this one of these times you have to do it on a desktop because they can't design it for mobile use? I do have it on the classic mode.

You can use bulk edit to put your items into store categories. You do need to create the categories first so you have someplace to put the items. Have you completed this step?
How to use bulk edit:
1. Go to this active listings page : https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2. Put a checkmark next to all items the items you want to go into X store category>>
3. Select edit from the top of the list
4. Select all items again
5. Select edit fields on the upper left> categories> store> edit and submit
I am going to tag @mam98031 as she has a store and I haven't had one in ages so the details are a bit foggy on how to set up store categories 🙂

Not sure if my original question was written clearly. I'm trying to figure out how to move items in my store into different categories, but I can't find the option on the drop-down menu.

I wanted to add that the "Categories" option that is listed under "Manage Active Listings" is initially available, but then once the page fully loads, it disappears. eBay customer service has assured me it has nothing to do with monthly payment for my storefront, and claims it's not a glitch. I have tried on both a desktop and mobile device, and this happens on both. So it's not a device setting/issue, and apparently it's not an eBay site issue. Any ideas? I've contacted eBay numerous times and they haven't been able to help. Any ideas? I'm at a total loss.

Thanks for the info, that allows me to put each individual listing into a particular category. With 75 listings and more planned, it would kind of be a giant pain to have to navigate to each individual item, open the listing to revise, then put in the proper category.

Thank you for the Tag @comics-scifi-collectibles .
Yes both Comics and @stuff4divas are correct. You can do them one by one or if there is several or more that you want to change to the same store category, the bulk editor is faster. It would also give you some valuable experience with the Bulk Editor which is one of my favorite tools. It has saved me many hours of work over the years.
As Comics suggested, make sure you have your store listings all set up before you start on this journey. You've gotten some great advice I wish you nothing but the best. If you come up with any other questions, come on back and ask, one of us is usually around to help.
I do have a question for you. What level of store do you have? Why did you feel you needed a store? Are you planning on running a few hundred listings each month?

I do greatly appreciate the responses, but I still have a problem doing the bulk edits. When I get to step 5 of @comics-scifi-collectibles post, there isn't a categories/store categories in the drop-down. I do realize that is what I'm supposed to be able to do, but not sure if it's a glitch, or an issue because I have an Android phone, or what. Below the active listings header, the "categories" button is there when the page starts loading, but then as soon as the webpage finishes loading, that button disappears. That is why I mentioned to several of the reps that I thought it was a glitch but they insisted it's not. I am wondering if anyone else can access the "categories" option? Also I have tried on both a mobile phone and desktop and had the same issue with either one.
For the storefront, I pay $4.99/month currently. When I first started selling again about a year ago, I was getting very few views on anything. The eBay customer service reps (several of them) directed me to setting up a storefront saying that it would greatly increase my traffic/views. I'm not sure if that's true or not or if anyone could give me advice on that. I have about 75 items currently and plan on increasing to over 100 listings and maintaining that. Realistically, for a busy month, I will probably sell through maybe 25-30 orders, but it's pretty erratic for my particular product. If you do have any advice on that end as well, I'd be very open to hearing it.

Forgot to mention that I did create several categories already.

There are only 2 categories in your store:
Vintage, with a subcategory Baseball
Other, those listings created without placing them in a category
You have one football card, so you need to create a subcategory under Vintage called Football, and move that one card into it.

@afonnes2014 "but not sure if it's a glitch, or an issue because I have an Android phone, or what. "
Your problem is that managing a store can not be done from the APP.
Please refer to this help page>
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/ebay-stores/manage-ebay-store?id=4090&st=
And seller center has some good info here> https://www.ebay.com/sellercenter/selling/set-up-your-store
You need to use Seller Hub on a computer to manage your store.
To access Seller Hub:
1. Go to https://www.ebay.com/sh/ovw
2. Click Start Using Seller Hub
There will be a link on the seller hub overview page to Manage your Store. Just click where it says Store.

I am planning on organizing differently but out up some categories as a placeholder for now.

You have to add your categories BEFORE you can use bulk edit to put the listing INTO the categories. Both of these functions can only be performed on a computer and not the app. Once you get things set up then I believe you can add listings to the categories as you list on the app, I have never used the app for listing as it's lacking too many features.
