Cannot generate shipping label

I get this message when I try to purchase a shipping label.

"It was not possible to generate the label. There must be at least one shipping item."

Is anyone else having this problem?

Does anyone know of a solution to it?

Depending on what screen you are on, you may have to check the box in front of the sold item before selecting to print the shipping label.
