Cancelling order or Changing Delivery Address

I recently moved and forgot to change my address on ebay. I order something 2 days ago and immediately realized it was being sent to my old address. I put in a request to cancel the order within 10 minutes and the cancel request is pending. I also contacted the seller and asked if the item could be sent to me new address, if the order could not be cancelled. I haven't heard back from the seller and the cancel request is still pending.  Is there anything I can do to speed this along?

If the seller does not respond and does not agree to the cancellation, there is nothing you can do.

Buyers are responsible for updating their shipping address when they purchase an item.

Hopefully you have a forwarding order in place to forward mail to your new address.

There has been no reply to my cancel request and the item has not shipped. It's going from California to Ohio and is to be delivered in 4 days. If it was going to be on time it probably should have already shipped.

You have no way of knowing it has not been shipped. Some sellers do not mark their items when shipped.
