Cancellation/Refund

I won an auction. The next day I pay for the item and later that night the seller sends me a message. The message says that he set the wrong auction starting price and has refunded the order. I checked and no refund and two days later still no refund and no answer from the seller. I don’t want to request for a cancellation because I don’t want my account to be effected. Anyways the seller wants to cancel it. What should I do?

The seller needs to cancel the transaction and when they do that, you will be refunded.

 

If they do not, then you can file a Refund Request after the estimated date of delivery has passed by 24 hours.
