Cancel an order

Hello, after 6 hours of making a purchase I asked the seller to cancel my order since I had problems with my card and it charged me double. When I contacted the seller, he answered me 3 days later telling me that he was not going to cancel it and that I would resolve it with my bank. I already spoke with my bank and I must first cancel the purchase that the seller refuses to make, I need to cancel it urgently and he refuses! the seller  is @hys4p72

Look in your Purchase History, find the item and confirm that you only purchased ONE item, NOT two, and look at the payment details. Does it show the double payment on the Ebay order details?

If not, then it is a bank error.
