Cancel a return request

After deciding to return an item, I changed my mind as it was economical to keep it and put it up for sale.  How do I cancel the return request now? I do not see any option. I tried using the automated assistant. But it didnt seem to work

To cancel a return request

1. Go to your Purchase history and find the item.
2. From the More actions dropdown menu, select See request details and then Close your request.
3. Select your reason for closing the return from the dropdown, and add details if you want to.
4. Select Confirm.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I do not see that option at all. That is what puzzles me. I also tried using the automated chat option to "cancel the return request".  It got me to a link and the link doesn't seem to work either.
