Canadian buyer can’t pay because of non-US address and/or because listing is local pickup

Canadian buyer wants to drive to Georgia to pickup my item (furniture). eBay tells her she can’t pay for this item because she has a Canadian address. Also because item is “local pickup” thus no shipping. Granted, it’s an unusual situation. How do I deal with this? Do I need to change my listing somehow?
