I had a heavy item for local pickup, which was picked up yesterday.
Ebay instructs me to input a QR code or six-digit code from the customer, to confirm pickup, purportedly a button on the "order details" page. Doing so is supposed to expedite the release of my funds from this sale.
For me there IS no such button on the order details page, either on the website or in the ebay app.
I contacted customer service, who insisted that because the order was indicating that delivery was completed, there was nothing more for me to do-- but my funds remain on hold today.
I had clicked a button to indicate that the pickup was completed, expecting to be taken to an option to input a QR or 6 digit code, but there was no such option, and no such button on the order details page.
Any help would be appreciated.

@**www.ebook-suppliers.com** in case u need to read the policy for some info, here it is >
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/shipping-items/setting-shipping-options/local-pickup?id=4181
it reads, in part,
"If you don't want to use the app, ask the buyer to sign a copy of the eBay order form at the time of pickup."

@**www.ebook-suppliers.com** You have to use the eBay APP.
Proof of pickup
Proof of pickup is required to protect you against item not received cases.
For proof of pickup you can:
- use the eBay app to scan the QR code the buyer received through email
- use the eBay app to manually enter the 6-digit code the buyer received through email
To scan the QR code:
- Go to Selling on the eBay App.
- Go to the Sold tab.
- Select the Arrange Pickup banner.
- Tap the Scan to confirm pickup button.
If the buyer doesn't have the QR code available, ask them for the 6-digit code they received through email and manually enter it in the app.

Saving these instructions for any future instance. Would have been nice if Ebay had given correct instructions in the first place..
Unfortunately, I now have no "Arrange Pickup" banner, presumably because the item is already marked as "Picked up"!
"Arrange Pickup" is pretty poor labeling to input the QR codes, since the pickup had already been "arranged", and it gives no clue that this is where you would input the codes... GRRRRRR!
Seems I'm just stuck waiting for eBay to pay me when they feel like it...
Thanks for your attempt to help me.
