Why did I get charged under shipping payment of extra 13 dollars shipping for a tiny tank top that cost almost $4 to ship. It weighed less then 8 oz. I had 2 deductions for under payment for shipping. They deducted another 12.85 for shipping 9 days later. Not right. We sold the tank top for 7.50 and paid 17.00 for shipping. No way.
