Starting a few days ago I cannot contact the buyer AFTER a sale any more to say the item is shipping and give the buyer a tracking number .... the same way I did it so many times before! When I click "Contact Buyer" it now takes me to the "Messages" page. I click on the message with the just-sold item and a page comes up with the picture of the item .... but won't let me type anywhere to create a message to the buyer. It has a "send message" button at the bottom, but it won't let me write a message anywhere in the block. I wonder if e-bay changed something? I wonder if it does not work with certain WEB browsers, and with mine it will not let me type a message anywhere in the block?? Frustrating! Now I have to send the message in the "Feedback" for the seller part where everyone else can see it as I don't know how to contact him/her they way I did last week. Any ideas????
