adding tracking to purchase

Buyer bought two items and paid for each before I could send an invoice with combined shipping.  I packaged the two together and printed a shipping label from one of them, so it needs to be mailed today, and I will refund the buyer the difference.  I marked the 2nd as 'shipped' but am not able to add the tracking # .  How do I do that, or what else can I do?  As it stands now I have no proof that I mailed the 2nd item.  Tried to be connected to an agent but all I was offered was to email with response within a day, but this package needs to be mailed today.  Am very frustrated!

I am NOT in Seller Hub and don't want to be, so telling me to go there won't help!
