I am trying to download all my reports. The results I got after 2 tries was, "We ran into an issue processing your request. Please try again or contact Customer Service regarding your eBay data download."
I can NOT find any link that applies to my issue in the Help Yourself section or the Selling section or the Personal information section, etc.
The automated (screwup) chat wants to know what I need help with. Same issue- see the above paragraph. Therefore I CAN NOT contact Customer Service!
Can you guys help me?
Thanks very much!

You can use the following link to request a call back from an Ebay customer service rep:

Ebay reps will have to work thru this request for your matter. In order to reach someone, go to the main page https://www.ebay.com
1) Click "Contact Us" then:
In the chat box
2) Type "need help"
3) Click on "selling" (or topic you're looking for)
4) Type "agent" in the chat
5) You may need to press "Something else" or "Other options" or type "agent" again
6) Press “Have us call you back” (or "Chat with an agent")
Your phone may block unrecognized calls, so it might be necessary to turn it off temporarily, or it might block the incoming call.

Thanks for replying so quickly! I followed your advice, and after repeating myself 2 times to the chat, was told I could either chat, or receive a call between the hours of 5 am to 9 pm PST. This system is SUCH a hassle!
Of course, eBay wanted my feedback, bless their money-grubbing hearts. So I gave them 0 stars, and asked why they could not also give the hours at the same time they told me I had to contact customer service.
Asked why I had to jump through hoops, read several pages, and finally go to the forum to get the answers I am PAYING eBay for. Also mentioned the forced promotion fees in exchange for views. I forgot the free shipping scam, or I would have mentioned it, too. Called them scum. Whew!!!
Ebay really shouldn't ask for feedback from needlessly frustrated sellers.
People like you, EWSupply, are much appreciated! Thank so much for you prompt detailed help!

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
