Can I run a report to see shipping method & charge for all listings?

I realize I may be under-charging for shipping on 400+ listings.  Thanks for any ideas!

Since I don’t think you’ll find a report that fits your needs, you are probably looking at manually reviewing each item.  Although it sounds like a lot, if you do just 7 each day, you’ll get through them all in a month.

Using the seller hub active view you can put the shipping cost in the display using the customize chart function.  This will show you either calculated or free, so you can sort out the 200 that you want to review. https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active

Then if you sort by category, you could look at similar items.  Just looking at the shipping tab of each item, you will become familiar with the cost of 1# for media mail, 2#, etc for books.  So you won’t need to actually look at the weight to see what the price is based on, since 1# media mail will always be the same cost to you.  I hope this makes sense 😊

What prompted you to think you might be under charging?  That might give you an idea of the first items that need review.

270 of your items have free shipping, so you’re really looking at reviewing about 210 items.

Since you use calculated shipping, there is no fixed charge to review - what you would need to review would be the weight and dimensions.  There are no standard reports that I know of that would give you this or the shipping method. I’m asking an expert if there is a way to extract this info -

@shipscript  Do you have any tools that could create an audit report of shipping data?  Thanks!

@kinzotucson

You can find your eBay label costs for each sale in a Seller Hub Payments transaction report.  Data can be sorted by order number, as the labels are assigned to the order#.

https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/reportslanding

Set a custom time frame and choose the CSV Transaction report farther down the page (not the one at the top).  This is an excerpt from that type of report (many columns not shown here):

Re: Can I run a report to see shipping method & charge for all listings?

Very interesting - thank for the screen shot.  This would help in post-sale review.  I'd like to check on the items not yet sold.  As another responder pointed out since I use calculated shipping one can't know in advance.  I guess I'd like to see each listing's Dimensions/Weight/ Shipping Method in order to re-evaluate.  Thanks so much for your help.

Very kind of you to reply!  You've made me realize with calculated shipping there's no way to know...understanding that, instead I would love to see Dimensions, Weight, and ship Method for each listing.  Thanks a bunch for your help!
