Called a lier in feedback

Should ebay allow someone to call you a Lier in negative feedback?

I was told I was dishonest and accused of being a lier. And denied feedback removal.

The buyer did not use the word "liar". The feedback does not violate Ebay feedback policy, so Ebay will not remove it.

I was called a liar in a ebay email and ebay can see that.

As previously stated, none of the negative feedbacks that you have received violate Ebay policy.
