Buyer sent wrong address still wants item. It was returned to me for Insufficient Address

Any way to keep buyer from having to incur more shipping?  They are in another country and used a forwarding company.  the address provided was incorrect. I shipped item, it was returned due to IA. Buyer still wants item. Is there any way to reprint a shipping label with the correct address? Or will the buyer have to be out the additional shipping for the second try?

Cancel the transaction due to "problem with buyer's address".

Relist it. If the buyer wants to repurchase it, they can do so using the correct address and pay again to have it shipped.
