Shipping in a timely manner

I was wondering if there is a time limit that sellers have to send the product. I keep running into the seller saying it’s sent but the post office says not received yet. Then it winds down the clock on when you can return it. Most sellers are great but there are a few that are being sneaky it feels like. Any thoughts?

Sellers are responsible for having the item arrive by/on the estimated date of delivery. You can view the estimated date of delivery in your Purchase History.

When the estimated date of delivery has passed without receiving your item, you can file a Refund Request.
