Buyer requesting refund 2 years later (?!)

Hi all, I am truly at a loss for what to do here. I’m unable to find any record of this sale because it happened so long ago. Does anyone know how I can get information pertaining to that sale and/ or proof within the ebay system that it was delivered? Thank you.
