Hello,

I have a Buyer who says that they chose the wrong shipping address. they asked if I could ship it to a different address, and I told them that I cannot change it on my end. Is that accurate?

That is correct. Are you sure that the message was from your buyer? Often scammers will pose as the buyer in an attempt to get you to ship the item to them. If it was your buyer, they will need to request that the transaction be cancelled and they will have to repurchase the item using their correct address.

That is correct - you do not want to change the address. You can offer to cancel the purchase for them and relist the item so they can buy it again with the correct address.
