Buyer purchased item (snow globe) and now wishes to return and says the item is too small . The size of the item was included in the item specifics prior to buyer purchasing. Please advise

Hi @eshavang
Indicate to your buyer that though the size was included in the item specifics on the listing, she may certainly return it for a refund of the item price as stated in your listing's return policy. She can find the return option next to the item in her Purchase History.
If you relist the item after it comes back, you might consider adding "miniature" to the title and description. 4" high including the base is pretty tiny.

The buyer has started a return. The item price was listed for $19.99 and buyer paid shipping. Please can you tell me if the amount I must refund the buyer, includes initial shipping cost of the item? Thank you

Don't refund until you get the item back. Just approve the return.
Per you return policy, the buyer pays for the return shipping label for remorse returns.

Thank you, prior to recieving a response I from the community. I went ahead and offered a partial refund of $16.55. If the buyer declines. Will they still need to return the item in order to get a full refund?

Yes.
(This information would have been helpful to know before we went down this path as I can only base an answer on the details you give me.)

Sorry I’m new to refunds and only offered the partial refund after posting the question about refunding postage, and before receiving the response to not refund. Thank you for all your help. If the buyer declines I will wait until I receive the item before refunding full amount.
