Buyer purchased item (snow globe) and now wishes to return and says the
item is too small . The size of the item was included in the item

ahead and offered a partial refund of $16.55. If the buyer declines.
Will they still need to return the item in order to get a full refund?
The buyer has started a return. The item price was listed for $19.99 and
buyer paid shipping. Please can you tell me if the amount I must refund
the buyer, includes initial shipping cost of the item? Thank you
