My buyer purchased an item from me which i sent off. It said delivered, he said he didn't get it and put horrible feedback saying that I purchased a shipping label to their city and never sent an item. I screen shotted their address and told them i sent the item and purchased the shipping via usps through the ebay app, and that is the address and tracking number i used. two days later he says "it never arrived until now", and two days after that he has now opened a ticket to get a full refund and i have no way to get ahold of anyone so it can be reviewed. What do i do? And all communication was through the ebay app so everything is saved including him saying the item arrived.
Frustrated ebay seller....

If a buyer opens a Refund Request due to Item Not Received, Ebay will send a message with all of the details to your registered email address—it’ll also be available in your eBay Messages .
Once the buyer's Refund Request is opened, you have 3 business days to resolve the issue by responding by providing the tracking number.
How to add tracking information

So i had a tracking number, i did an update the tracking number to the same one. Will that fix the issue?
