Buyer Want Me to Cancel The Order After It Was Shipped

An hour after I shipped an order to the buyer, the buyer contacted me they don't want the item anymore, the package already scanned and accepted by the USPS office.

What can/shall I do?

otherwise, tell the buyer to refuse the package

Then shall I cancel the order from my side or ask the buyer to cancel it? Is there a fee for cancellation?

Istopped by the USPS office and picked the package, then I have cancelled the order. Since the package was already processed by USPS, I beared the shipping costs on my end.
