Bulk upload via CSV error

I just recently uploaded 5k new products. However, when I try to bulk upload the quantity field only using ItemID, it doesn't upload. When I plug in an older products ItemID that works. Nothing changed but the ItemID. Any Idea what's going on?

Are you uploading through Seller Hub? Has it still failed? Did you download the results file to read the error messages? Do you have a sample of your upload file?
