I have in the last two weeks, one bid that won and not paid.
One bid that the bidder wishes to cancel his bid
Two winning bids that I was paid for and now the bidders want to cancel.
I have never had anyone in the years selling on ebay, cancel an order after they
have paid. Are these bogus bidders?
