Blocking bidders

I do not wish to sell or ship outside the USA  (MY CHOICE)  I have on every listing stated clearly that I do not sell or ship outside the  USA    Yet Ebay allows these buyers to bid. Today I have canceled 2 bids at different times from the same buyer. If your wondering why I dont ship outside the USA   In years past I have made 4 sales  outside of the USA  in all 4 cases they cried to Ebay  and my money was help up and eventually  refunded the buyer (Term used loosely)  I need advice on this problem after 23 years in Ebay, I cant sit behind my computer all day canceling bids   HELLO! EBAY  GOT YOUR EYES OPEN?

@nanascellar   when listings are set up, click on the toggle button (to the right) next to international shipping to turn it off

Your listings show as US only.  It is possible that an international buyer has a US address or a forwarding company.
