I am having trouble bidding because I get this message even though there is no outstanding payment from one of the sellers. I am having trouble because this is a store I use all the time. It seems that I need to have a history of positive feedback in order to dispute it, but I am even more troubled because I can't get to the eBay contact information to report it.

You're unable to buy this item because you have a record of 2 orders in the last 6 month(s) that were canceled because they weren't paid for. Think we made a mistake? Here's how to appeal.

Go to you My Ebay summary page > https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/summary
Click on the "Returns & Canceled" tab. Look at your Canceled transactions.
You can only appeal if you have extenuating circumstances, such as hospitalization, natural disasters, etc.

Thank you!
I have never had to make a return before.
And cancellations are only for seller's convenience.
And I've never had a problem with a seller who couldn't bid this time.
