Hi all,
I recently listed a large item for local pickup only and the winner requested shipping.
I did not provide shipping as an option and I asked the buyer to cancel the sale.
He doesn’t know how and I’m not sure how to proceed.
Is there a way to offer it to the runner up if they can pickup?
thanks very much all!

When you officially cancel it,using the "Cancel" link from the Item, your fees are automatically credited back.
"Sold" status will remain, as it was sold, even though you had to cancel it.
Not sure what you mean by "I will not be able to sell my listed item without going over my monthly limit."
Your monthly listing limit is based on the start price, not what the final auction price may be.
Your sold listings count toward your monthly limit.

Buyers can't cancel orders, only sellers can - so yes, cancel it using "buyer's address" as the reason so it does not affect your account. There is a dropdown to the left of the item with a link to Cancel.
Here's the info on Second Chance offers -
Edit: appears you already relisted it - did you cancel it first? Need to get a credit for your selling fees.

Yes I relisted it but not sure about selling fee refund and thanks!

Does anyone know the process to remove selling fees and sold status on cancelled items as I will not be able to sell my listed item without going over my monthly limit.
Thank you!
