First time trying out ebay.... Trying to understand how it all works. Do I have to enter my payment method in my profile before I checkout. Or at the time of checkout.  Having trouble checking out.

No you don't need to enter it first, but eBay checkout can be glitchy.

- if paying from a mobile device, try from a PC or desktop browser

- try different browsers - ie Firefox, Chrome

- clear cache/cookies

- make sure the listed item will ship to you

that usually applies to members with non-U.S. delivery addresses. You should be okay on that.
