Automatically cancelled orders by Ebay, how do I get it reversed?

Ebay automatically cancelled an order that sat unpaid for too long. Can I get it reversed? The buyer still wants the items.

Hi @sonicalchemist 

Unpaid orders 'time out' after 30 days ... if that's what you mean by being 'automatically cancelled'.  You would have to relist the item ... and have the buyer purchase them again ... assuming you trust the buyer to pay this time.  I would relist the item as Buy It Now with Immediate Payment Required ... so that the listing remains active until someone pays for it.

[Neither you nor the buyer were penalized in any way by the order timing out.]
