Hi,
I'm trying to appeal an unpaid cancellation record as all items were in fact paid for and sent by seller. However, I just get directed to the automated assistant and when I type in 'appeal unpaid cancellation record' and other searches to try and get a useful response, it fails to provide me with any means to take this forward. I get directed to speak to an agent, but this option is blocked as I live in UK. Any ways to progress this?
