All my currency in the watchlist changed to EUR. How do I changed it back to $US?

Are you currently located in the US? In some cases eBay may show prices in local currency if you are in another country, or if you are using the eBay app and your country is set to another location.

Make sure you are actually signed in to ebay.com and not an EU country site:

Try another browser; if your watch list displays in dollars, clear your cache and eBay cookies in the original browser.

Check the URL in the address bar of your browser to see which eBay site you are on when you see this.  ebay.com will display an approximate (read: ALWAYS too low by about 2.5% due to different rate quotes than what you will have to pay) conversion to USD as the "Price" but with an asterisk leading down to the actual price in the currency of the listing.  eBay sites in the Eurozone (e.g. ebay.fr, ebay.ie, ebay.de) will have their own display, possibly similar but the conversion to Euros (and might or might not have the actual price footnote).
