Adding to a order or finding a item

I am a seller and I have a buyer that I let know I that I have another CD similar that they might be interested in they were willing to purchase it I want to ship together but the buyer cannot find the CD I have posted. How can I help? I have given them the item number but they are unable to locate it

How to send a custom offer:

1. Open My eBay: Messages
2. Find the message from the buyer and select Reply with offer.
3. Change the offer price to the amount you and the buyer have discussed.
4. Clearly summarize the details of your offer in the Message to buyer section, including any additional shipping costs. As long as the offer details are visible within messaging, or the Message to buyer field, the transaction is covered by the eBay Seller protection policy.
5. Review the offer and select Send.

It can take 24 hours (sometimes more) for the listing to index into search even searching by listing number. Try sending them a full page link to the listing. Open the listing and copy the URL from the top of the page.
