Account restricted

Good morning!

I am having a issue my account has been restricted do to my brother that has the same first and last name as me has another account and he was selling and ended up owing money and never came back to get that settled now my account has been restricted and I dont even talk to my brother because we had some personal issues, my account has a deferent Social, Address and phone number  then his I spoke with customer service and the rep that i spoke with saw it and opened a appeal but ebay still wants me to get my brother account cleared or resolved 

does anyone know what I can do?

I don't think that's what caused the problem.  As you said, you have different SSN's.  If you ever logged into your account using your brother's computer, or if he ever logged into his account using your computer, that's what linked the accounts.  Never do that again.  

Long ago, when internet phone directories were simpler to use, and free, I looked up my own name.  They came up, ten to a page.  I looked at four pages, then got tired of it.  There was still at least one more page ("next page" link at the bottom), so I know there are more than 40 people with the exact same name as mine.
