ebay not helping despite varios requests

I have made many requests to ebay but am being ignored, a seller is commiting fraud and it is affecting my mental and physical health nobody will help me so I am no contracting a lawyer because I may have a case on mental and physical health grounds.

Is it possible to see when an item was first listed?

For future buying and selling purposes I wonder if it's possible to see this information or if Ebay would prefer an item's original listing date/time to not be known?
