Why are packages not being delivered?

I have ordered three items recently, NONE have made the original delivery date, one 5 days in NY??? One quickly gave me my money back and claims he did me a favor, The 3rd one is taking some sort of vacation around the USA...

Why can I suddenly not bid on items? "Verify your identity"
