Help identify this 13" tall antique grain-painted metal bucket pail with lid & bale handle.

Entirely metal with painted wood graining. 13" tall. Interior is red. Maybe a coal or ash bucket? Faux (vinegar?) grained to resemble wood. Even the "metal" bands are painted. Google Lens just gives pix of wood buckets. This is all metal. Thanks in advance.
