Identifying marks on a pewter menorah

Need help identifying anything about the mark on an old pewter menorah. Anyone recognize anything here as far as a name? Can you point me in a direction to research this?

Sure it is a menorah? only 8 spaces for an oil wick./candle ... shouldnt there be nine?
