Problem viewing item specifis when reading sellers feedback from buyers

When I read a sellers feedback from one of their previous buyers, I used to be able to click on any newer feedback and see the item the buyer purchased, along with price etc... Now for at least weeks now all I get is a screen saying item details not available at the moment please try again later, or reload page. Acts like the feedback is too old to view details but these are new feedbacks. Of course reloading the page or trying again later does not work.  Anyone else experienced this? Fixes? Or is this just one of eBays better ideas, do away with being able to see the item a buyer is speaking about in their feedback? Poor idea if this is on purpose. I say so because for example, if a feedback said NOT OEM about a part, I am inclined to look and make sure it is not the same item I may be about to purchase!

Hello @shaco75! There was a similar issue that we put a fix out for recently. Please ensure you are on the most up to date version of the app and hopefully that will fix this for you. If not, please follow-up with the version you're on (I believe we're up to 6.40.0 now) and we'll go from there. Thanks!

I checked my version of eBay, shows I have 6.40.02, this is on a Motorola g power. Tried clearing my app cache again, still will not show me details of feedback. Only thing I haven't tried is deleting the app and reinstall it...

I am seeing the same thing using 6.40.0.2 on a Motorola E4.

I am able to read feedback comments left for a seller, but if I follow the arrow to view the details of the item that the feedback was left for, I get the following error message:

As a workaround, viewing feedback details in a browser still works.

Exactly what I am getting for an error message. I rarely use my browser for eBay unless I am shipping a sold item, as the packing slip options has not worked for me on the app for as long as I can remember. Just like that not working, I'm sure eBay will not fix this issue either because what the hell, as eBay users we are only the people that keep eBay in business... problem is there's so many eBay users I guess they figure they can't lose all their users, even if their app is crap.

The app may not have all the features of the web site, but problems like this feedback issue with the eBay app seem to get addressed fairly quickly compared to similar sorts of problems with the web site, in my experience.

Please update to version 6.41 that was released on 12.20.21

Updating to 6.41.0.4 seems to have solved the feedback issue -- I am able to go from a feedback comment received by a seller to the item detail for that transaction once again.
