Latest phone with latest updated software unable to access previous basic info.

When I read a sellers feedback from one of their previous buyers, I used to be able to click on any newer feedback and see the item the buyer purchased, along with price etc... Now for at least 5 weeks now all I get is a screen saying item details not able to load. If u have tried to reload multiple time & it still fails, try again later. When I spoke to R+!f from Ebay customer service, he basically said it was a problem from my end. I have checked all available fixes from my end & its all up to date (already was). I'm about to try the uninstall Ebay app from my S21 Ultra, access Ebay through my browser & if I'm able to see the customer information I use for my research /decision making, then thats an awkward way to do it from here on. My query is do I loose any of my data, messages, watched items,cart etc. If I decided to reinstall the convenient app. I can't help feeling it's a bug with the app, because prior to this the watch list & cart failed to load or respond to prompts. Information relating to any of the issues listed above would be greatly appreciated. Cheers in advance.

Hey @murrayautos! I'm sorry for the recent trouble. Please know that un/reinstalling the app shouldn't lose data as it should be synced to your account. Meaning if you put something in your Cart in the app, you would see it in your Cart on the website if you signed in there.
